Requirements

• At least 3 years of pediatric clinical nursing experience required with 2 years of NP experience in peds hematology/oncology preferred.

• Current IN RN license, BLS Healthcare Provider, Current CPNP Certification,

• Prescriptive Privileges required within 1 year of hire to position.

• PALS within 6 months of hire.

• Chemotherapy certification within 6 months of hire to position.
