Hello and Welcome to our new Houston Area Nurse Practitioner Website!

It is my pleasure to announce the exciting launch of our new website. Our official web address is still the same at: www.hanp.org. This website provides our members and visitors with a variety of new and improved features:

 

• Easy and secure on line enrollment for membership and conferences

• Job and member resume postings

• Current news and events

• Preceptor networking

• On line HANP Scholarship application

• Legislative and clinical practice updates

• Office and volunteer opportunities

• And much more!!

 

Each enrolled member of HANP will have a secure member profile that allows basic access to our website. Our website creates a channel of communication from our group to each of our members. In addition, the HANP website is also networked to over 75 APN websites nationwide.

Members who are current on their dues will have unrestricted access to Members Only portions of the site. Also, since we did not have complete records on all of our members or some of your information may have changed, we ask that you please login to update your user profile as soon as possible.

If your membership has expired, we want you back! We welcome you to join HANP again and be part of a growing and dynamic APN organization.

If you are an unpaid member, we invite you join HANP for full access to our website and membership benefits.

 

About Your User Profile

Your user profile is a valuable professional networking tool and it is how we are able to communicate with you from our group website. Each time we post news, announcements, or upcoming events on our group website, you will receive a message informing you of the new posting.

As a paid member, you will also have access to Members Only sections, be able to easily RSVP to our upcoming events and send or receive messages to and from your colleagues without listing your e-mail address or other sensitive information.

 

About our new website

In an effort to provide our members with the best possible tools, resources and web based technology, we have chosen ENP Network to power our group website. They are the largest provider of web-based services to APN groups in the U.S. This means that we are a part of a much larger community of APN groups nationwide, with a common goal of working together to create a more unified and powerful APN voice as a profession.
